The problem: The print "completes," but there's nothing on the build plate.
The cause: The first layer of the model failed to stick to the build plate. This can happen for a couple of reasons:
- The print head requires calibration, or
- The settings for the burn-in layer require modification in order for the first layer of the model to adhere to the build plate.
- Recalibrate the print head.
- In the Print Settings, increase the "First Layer Exposure Time," "Burn-in Layers," and/or "Burn-in Exposure" values. Depending on the geometry of your model (particularly the bottom-most layer), you may have to experiment with these settings, in order to get a successful print. Adding a raft (with adequate supports) to your model may also increase your chance of success.
