8.3 Returns. Unless a Product is accompanied by specific terms concerning support and queries, the following shall apply:
Seller accepts returns on a very limited basis and ONLY upon Seller’s prior approval: for any hardware items, which have been ordered in error, Seller only accepts returns on unaffected devices and other unaffected physical Products within ten (10) calendar days from the date of your receipt of the applicable physical Products. "Unaffected" means a Product that has never been opened, assembled, powered up, programmed, or otherwise changed. After said ten (10) calendar days, all sales are considered final. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Until further notice, if you wish to return a product, please submit a support ticket at “Site Support” link at the at bottom of www.123dapp.com.
Unless otherwise expressly provided in the Seller’s or Provider’s applicable terms and conditions, all sales of digital content, software, and physical products (such as conductive ink/pens, personal circuit boards, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
